Return
If for some reason, you wish to return your purchase from BriefTalks LLC we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at RayshellKubal@gmail.com we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN and UNUSED.
We will do our best to process your refund as soon as possible but please note that you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We recommend that you use a tracked service as no refund will be possible if the item does not reach us. Return items will be inspected and if items will be in the original condition we will make a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Custom Made Items
A custom-made item was specifically made for you so we can not accept returns unless the item is defective. If you feel that item doesn’t fit you correctly we will offer alterations to get the best fit out of your custom made order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange
If you want to exchange an item just for a different size, email us and we’ll send you the better fitting size. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible.
